Limited Support: Units with this classification may or may not be able to be repaired. Tech support via email and phone is limited. Units classified as Limited Support can still be returned for repair. Once the product is evaluated, we can determine if the unit can be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we will recommend a “replacement model” if one exists.
For example: The internal oscillators can no longer be obtained on some products. If the oscillator in the unit is bad, the unit will not be able to be repaired. We will recommend purchasing an alternative unit.
No Longer Supported: Units with this classification are not returnable for repair. Tech support is no longer available for these products.
