NENA Master Clock Standard

Accurate and reliable timing has always been essential in PSAPs for troubleshooting, industry compliance, and legal investigations. Logs and other operational records must have accurate date and time stamps. More than 4,500 of the 6,000+ PSAPs in the United States use NetClock master clocks in complying with the NENA PSAP Master Clock Standard (#04-002).

NENA NG 9-1-1 Security Standard

As next-generation 9-1-1 leverages wide-area networks to improve the efficiency and reliability of services, security of those networks becomes at top priority. NENA's Security for Next-Generation 9-1-1 Standard (NG-SEC) outlines the necessary security requirements for next-gen 9-1-1 network elements. The new model 9483 NetClock master clock complies with the requirements of this standard. The report, Compliance to NENA Standard #75-001: Security for Next-Gen 911, documents the compatibility of the 9483 NetClock to the standard and describes the configuration setting requirement to meet specific requirements.   

NFPA Master Clock Standard

NetClock systems meet the National Fire Protection Association Standard NFPA 1221, which details the installation, maintenance and use of emergency service communication systems.
