RMA Information


To obtain an RMA, Spectracom requires a Repair Material Authorization (RMA) number be assigned prior to equipment being returned for service or evaluation. Please contact Tech Support via phone or email to obtain an RMA number.

The following items are needed to obtain an RMA Number.

  • Contact name and Phone Number
  • Equipment Model and S/N number
  • "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses
  • Failure symptom (if known)
  • For International Customers, A valid UPS, Fed Ex or DHL shipping account number for return shipment

Domestic Return Shipping
Unless you have a valid support Premium Support Package, equipment will be shipped to the factory at customer expense. Equipment that is deemed a warranty repair will be shipped back via UPS Ground at our expense.

International Return Shipping
Equipment being returned to an international address (warranty or non-warranty) will be returned at the customer's expense using your shipping account number.

Spectracom accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for repair charges.
