Using a Windows PC to verify the Time Server is providing an NTP packet

Many NTP Time clients don't display the raw NTP data. To view raw NTP Time data, download and install the shareware program called YATS32 from www.Dillobits.com on a test PC with Windows. Say "No" to the question about installing the default Time Servers. In the Servers tab, enter a name and the IP address of the Spectracom NTP Time Server. Then, on the main screen, depress "Set Time". The NTP Server will respond with the NTP Time Stamp (offset for local time by the PC's Date/Time properties screen).
