Limited Support: Units with this classification may or may not be able to be repaired. Tech support via email and phone is limited. Units classified as Limited Support can still be returned for repair. Once the product is evaluated, we can determine if the unit can be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we will contact we will recommend a “replacement model” if one exists.

For example: The internal oscillators can no longer be obtained on some products. If the oscillator in the unit is bad, the unit will not be able to be repaired. We will recommend a Model 8194B or Model 8195B as an alternative.
