Lisa has a broad background in the high tech instrumentation industry. Prior to joining Spectracom in August 2004, Ms. Withers served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symmetricom’s Timing Test & Measurement Division. Prior to their merger with Symmetricom, Lisa served as President and CEO of TrueTime, a world leader in timing solutions for the Department of Defense.
In addition to her many years in the time and frequency industry, Lisa’s background includes operations management positions at ABB AMDATA and Delphian Corporation. Lisa holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has served as director on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.
Darrell Johanneman, CMA

Darrell joined Spectracom in March 2004. Prior to joining the company Mr. Johanneman held finance and accounting management positions in at Ultra Electronics Flightline, Thales Optem and Harris RF Communications. Darrell holds a BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College, is a Certified Management Accountant and is a member in good standing with the Institute of Management Accountants.
John Fischer

John has twenty five years engineering management experience in communications, radar, digital signal processing and control systems. Prior to joining Spectracom in 2002, Mr. Fischer served as CTO and founding member of Clearwire Technologies. John’s accomplishments include co-founding an engineering services firm focused on the design of digital communications equipment and systems. John holds MS and BS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Al Olderstein

Al brings over twenty five years experience in the sales and marketing of technical products. Prior to joining Spectracom in November 2004, Mr. Olderstein served as Vice President, Sales at Transcat, a leading distributor of test & measurement equipment and provider of calibration services.
Always associated with companies which provide technically advanced products to other businesses, Al’s background includes senior marketing, sales and service positions at Lightnin and Burleigh Instruments. Al holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
