GUIDEL, FRANCE and ROCHESTER, NEW YORK — July 26, 2010 — Kannad and Spectracom, both companies of the Orolia Group (NYSE Alternext Paris – FR0010501015 – ALORO) today announce a strategic partnership to support North American sales and service of Kannad Aviation products.

Trading under the new Kannad Aviation brand, Spectracom will provide sales management, support, and services throughout the US, Canada and South America via its Rochester, New York headquarters and the existing Kannad distribution network. This ensures that the company’s range of emergency beacons is distributed throughout the United States via retailers and dealers.

This partnership and the new brand is a direct result of Kannad’s focus on the aviation market since the acquisition of Kannad by the Orolia Group in September 2009. The new brand has been created to enable the company to better focus on the aviation market both in terms of the current product portfolio and all future electronic safety aviation products.

Kannad Aviation will also be showing, at the show, for the first time since their launch in March 2010, two new Kannad Aviation Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs). They are the XS-4 GPS PLB, the most compact PLB available on the market today and the XS-ER GPS PLB, a professional, rugged hand held PLB. Kannad Aviation will also be launching a completely new and innovative aviation product during the first day.
